OurHome products are sold through this website and we strongly advise all customer to read through all Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) before committing to the purchase. At the point of purchase, buyer is assumed to have accepted all Terms & Conditions.
OurHome reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary any parts of the T&Cs at any time. Buyers should periodically visit this page to review the most updated T&Cs so that they are aware of any revision by which they are bounded.
1. Product & Price
- OurHome reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any product and/or service from the website at any time without notice to Users
- Product prices shown on the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD). The final price at the checkout page represents the total cost of order, inclusive of all applicable tax, delivery fee and other fees.
- Images on the website are for illustration purpose only. Colors and texture of product may differ depending on numerous factors such as screen resolution, lighting, etc. For an accurate description and specification of any product, kindly contact OurHome via email at customerservice[at]ourhome[dot]com[dot]sg before placing an order.
- OurHome products comes with warranty, either via our platform or the suppliers itself. Warranty, however, shall only be provided if products are damaged despite treated with reasonable care and appropriate usage. Damage caused by incidents such as abuse, negligence, accident, relocation, repair, tampering without OurHome’s consent in writing will cause warrently to be void. - OurHome reserves the right to adjust product and service prices (including delivery fee) at any time in its sole discretion
3. Confirmation of Order
- Buyer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours upon successful order payment.
4. Delivery Services
- OurHome delivers to most areas in Singapore, between 11AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. (SGD $30 for purchases below $300). For delivery to special locations such as Jurong island, Sentosa and Military Camp, we will incur a surcharge of SGD $30-50. Please contact OurHome staff for more information at +65 9643 4903.
- Staircase Charges - Staircase charges apply if our delivery team is unable to carry bulky furniture to yur location via the elevator at the point of delivery. OurHome delivery team will assess at our own discretion the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-harzardous manner. 1st to 4th Storey - Free of Charge. 5th Storey onwards SGD$10 per storey for each bulky items.
- For delivery date and time slot confirmation, OurHome staff will contact you via phone call within 3 working days after payment. Waiting time varies depending on the various factors, for instance but not limited to, location of delivery, availability of stocks and lead time for the manufacturing of product, especially but not limited to customized orders.
- It is required for buyer to be present and punctual during the stipulated delivery time to avoid holding up the delivery team from their deliveries to other customers. If the buyer is not present, late or missed the delivery time slot, a separate delivery fee would be charged for a second delivery arrangement.
- OurHome staff works closely with customers to arrange for a suitable delivery process and will act within our means to notify you the soonest possible if any delays or difficulties are expected. That said, OurHome reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstance arises during delivery.
- Buyer shall not hold OurHome staff and delivery agents liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.
5. Disposal of Old/Existing Furniture
- We offer a one-to-one like-for-like disposal service during delivery. Each additional item disposed is chargeable at SGD $60
- Prior notice should be given before the delivery and OurHome reserves the right to reject any disposal request
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to hygiene issue and the sensitivity of the product itself, strictly no exchange, return and refund. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
- Buyes should inspect goods upon delivery. Should there be any complaint, it must be made known to us when receiving the goods. Complaints recerived after the stipulated time period will not be entertained.
- OurHome products comes with warranty, either via our platform or the suppliers itself. Warranty, however, shall only be provided if products are damaged despite treated with reasonable care and appropriate usage. Damage caused by incidents such as abuse, negligence, accident, relocation, repair, tampering without OurHome’s consent in writing will cause warrenty to be voided. - OurHome encourage all buyer to understand and familiarise themselves with the Warranty's terms and condition provided by the product supplier.
- Cancellation of orders request must be made 5 days before the delivery date, and will be handled with full discretion from OurHome on a case by case basis.
- If order is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- Cancellation of customized orders will not be entertained.
- OurHome may run promotions from time to time and all such promotions are subjected to additional terms and conditions, which can be found on the site. These terms and conditions are only valid during the period of promotion.
- “Free gifts” may be offered as part of promotion and these are not exchangeable for cash or further discounts
- OurHome reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel and/or waive any promotions and its applicable terms and conditions at any point of time in its sole discretion without notice to buyers.
- Payment accepted on OurHome webpage are VISA & MASTERCARD. This does not, however, waive OurHome’s rights to seek payment directly from buyer through any other method should the other payment methods fail. OurHome disclaims all liabilities associated with the security of the selected payment methods and buyer is directly responsible to resolve any dispute with their financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or another other provider of their payment method choice.

- All payment made by buyer in respect to OurHome product or services shall be paid without set-off or counterclaim and free and clear of and without deduction or withholding for or on account of any taxes, levies, imposts, duties, fees, assessments or other charges of whatever nature, imposed by any governmental authorities, and all interest, penalties or similar liabilities with respect thereto
9. Confidentiality of Transactions
- OurHome treats all customers’ particulars and transaction records with the strictest confidence.
- In the event a dispute arises between you and OurHome, you agree to resolve all disputes out of court, within Singapore.
